About

An operator's perspective most M&A advisors don't have.

Moon Advisory provides independent M&A and corporate development advisory to founders, PE firms, and strategic acquirers — across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and valuation through diligence, negotiation, and post-close integration.

The practice is led by Jamie Moon. Jamie has led M&A transactions up to ~$1B in enterprise value and 10+ venture investments, including Anthropic and CoreWeave, while heading Corporate Development & Ventures at Zoom. She also led the SafeBase investment through to its acquisition by Drata.

Most M&A advisors come from one vantage point — a bank or a PE firm. Jamie has sat in the operator's seat at companies that defined their categories during the AI buildout, structuring both venture investments and acquisitions from inside the businesses making the decisions.
